KATRINA is a gorgeous five year-old, former mama dog, who is now looking forward to a life with her own people to love, people she doesn't have to share with other dogs! KATRINA came into rescue with her adult puppy and the vet who spayed KATRINA guesses that KATRINA has probably had a number of litters. She weighs approximately 50 pounds.
KATRINA is a kind & gentle dog with her foster mom. She loves to reach up & give hugs; to have her soft, thick coat stroked; & her head petted. She is eager to please & is motivated by treats, toys, & affection. She is playful & has a medium activity level, so if you're looking for border collie smarts but not over the top energy & need for things to do, KATRINA might be a wonderful companion for you.
KATRINA has warmed up to living inside a house & is crate-trained. She has not had any accidents in her foster home. She is agreeable to being bathed & brushed. While KATRINA got along famously with her adult pup, playing with her & sometimes gently corrected her, she is picky about making other dog friends. She has not been exposed to cats.
KATRINA is micro-chipped, spayed, heart worm negative and on preventative, and up to date on vaccinations. KATRINA is being fostered north of Sacramento, California.
